It's time for the Woodside School Annual Survey. With the help of Woodside School’s Site Council and the School Board, the district is eager to hear your thoughts. Your feedback and comments are essential to help us shape and improve our school and shape the next steps. We've streamlined the survey and it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete, so we strongly encourage you take the time to provide as much detail as possible. In addition, the format is slightly different and can be easily accessed on your mobile device.

To encourage high participation this year, the grade with the highest participation rate in lower school and upper school will receive a free Friday ice cream! There will be an opportunity to complete the survey at Open House on Thurs., May 9th.
