• Incoming 1-3rd grade students are encouraged to participate in our summer reading program by reading books at their level. Students will receive a certificate and a small prize by keeping track of their reading on a reading log and completing a short assignment.
• Incoming 4 and 5th graders should read from their respective lists. Students will receive a certificate and a small prize by keeping track of their reading on a reading log and completing a short assignment.
• Incoming 6, 7, and 8th graders are expected to read three books from the list below, one of which needs to be from the required list.  Students will complete an essay due the first week of school based on the required read. Instructions are printed on page one of the reading list.
